Indians played a 14 inning carnival of a game yesterday. 

I thought maybe they'd be a little flat. We'll see if their bats wake up.

Plutko's pitch count is at 28 despite all these stupid Sox batters swinging on the first pitch.  Just think how many pitches he would have thrown if he was facing a disciplined team.

You don't get to complain when it nets you 3 runs first trip through the lineup. I'll take 3 runs over the opposing pitcher having a 40+ pitch count.

If he's serving up meat, you hammer it.

You're whining about stupid hitters when there are results ? Maybe scouting report said he throws 1st pitch meatballs. Stop showing your baseball ignorance. There's a lot more to hitting then waiting around and often batting averages are higher on 1st pitch swings.
