Dennis Eckersley likes Covey. Says his 2 seamer has good heat. 

Covey ERA down to 2.4

Not overthrowing, lots of movement on his FB, seems very comfortable out there...in a great rhythm.

The Covey-Sale matchups have become a baseball classic. 

It's astonishing to me that Covey actually continues to do this. The name "Dylan Covey" made me cringe up until a couple weeks ago.

Covey’s turnabout this year kind of goes against the idea of not rushing a player for fear of messing them up. Granted he was bad last year but the kid took those lessons to heart and learned. Six obviously saw something positive when the took him in the rule V

You know sale could lose a whole 5 mph of his fastball and still be nasty. If he wants to hang on forever he could probably be a LOOGY with that drop down and side arm release point.
