People look down upon the profession... It's steady work, at least.

Steady work is important and especially in this economy.

Nice to see a lineup that sort of has threats from top to bottom.

Swapping out Thompson and Engel makes a huge difference.

Madrigal's possible last at bat as a Beaver is up next

I agree. I'm still not a fan of the construction- batting Yolmer 2nd consistently and Anderson 6-8 makes little sense, for example, but at least there's no Trayce.

Oh boy, Madrigal up with the tying run on 2nd in the 9th.

Watching right now. ;)

Wooowwww

Balls of steel on that OSU #2 hitter

Minaya is soooo bad

Fucking Minaya

Uniform malfunction for Yoan.

Please explain to me why Jeanmar Gomez, Thyago Vieria, or Ian Hamilton are less deserving of a bullpen spot than Minaya

Vieira has been pretty good as of late, wouldn’t be surprised if he replaced Minaya in the near future.

Leave it to Minaya to mess things up.

Two of those guys aren’t on the 40 man.

Infante and Minaya should both be out of the org

If you're a contender searching for a second lefty, I'd probably call Rick Hahn. Avilan or Cedeno won't hurt you

Thank you Avilan!

Haha, I guess that's fair. They can take Minaya's spot for all I care

I expect/hope to see Cedeno, Soria, and Avilan all traded. Avilan may have a little more trade value since he has multiple years though.

No doubt, it just seems like they want as much depth as possible prior to the bullpen fire sale in late July.  And Minaya is a guy they can send up & down as needed.

Avila only has one year of control left, Cedeno actually has two years left and has been pretty damn good so far.  I could see him being the better trade chip if we can continue to pitch well into late July.

Right, by multiple I meant this year and next, so 1.5 I guess. Agree on Cedeno, still annoyed we left him in AAA for so long. He's a proven MLB arm.
