Just to add a stat to an earlier post, in the last 4 games, of the 158 fastballs Sox starters have thrown, they have 3 swing and misses.

Avi looks good since he came back.  Abreu, on the other hand, has zero bat speed even though West blew that call against him badly.

Jose has dropped about 50 points in batting average in the last month or so

He certaintly hasn't regressed in value, that much is obvious. There's probably not one person in Boston who is regretting that trade now.
