I wonder how Carlos Perez is defensively because he's mastered A pitching

Alot of hitting streaks ended last night. Basabe ended at 16 games, Gonzalez at 5, Delgado, etc.

Rutherford now has an 12 game hitting streak (has hit safely in 14 of his last 15 games).

Eloy and Sosa with 8 game hitting streaks (both have hit safely in 10 of their last 11 games, Eloy has hit safely in 17 of his lasts 19 games).

Bryce Bush with a hit to start the game. He's been on fire since being assigned.

Love Bryce. Great signing.

I swear that every Friday night sox minor league numbers are on fire, and then saturdays they go ice cold.

He's a defense-first catcher.

The dude is 18 years old. Give him a little respect despite his league. It's not like he's in the pee wee hermin league

I said he's been terrific. That's definitely respect. Just saying rookie league is a terrible predictor of future success.

He's had a great month, but he was awful in May and June and has a sub .700 OPS on the season. Definitely hasn't "mastered" A pitching.
