IIRC, fan interference is a perma whack so people sitting in those seats should pay attention or they won't get to go to any more baseball games. I'm pretty sure doing that is the legal equivalent to running on the field.

looks like they are letting him stay, I'm fine with it, dude was obviously just in the moment and he looks contrite as fuck the boston broadcast has shown him quite a bit.
