September 2, 20187 yr No need to dump Jones at this point. There are others on the 40 man that would go before him if the Sox need the space. Let him compete for a bullpen spot in ST next year. If he's healthy and pitches well then he has a spot and if not, he gawn. If the injuries continue during the season then cut loose.
