Both teams are bad, who is worse? Inquiring minds want to know.

I said blame Uncle Jerry.

Didn’t you suggest the Sox would break the all time loss record last season? The White Sox are a bad team, but they’re a better team than Baltimore and in a way easier division.

This isn't even gonna be close by the end of the season

No, I didn't. You're thinking of someone else. If I said that I meant setting a franchise record for losses in a season. They might pull that off this season. Would need to lose 107 games.

Maybe, but you're probably right. The Sox could end up giving them a run for their money. I think the O's are going to lose 110+ games again but the Sox won't be that far off.

If that’s the case, I apologize.

They aren’t historically bad. Just your run-of-the-mill bad team. I think, at least. It’s plenty bad, but seems worse because of context.

I'm not sure they're not historically bad. It depends on how bad the starting pitching remains. If they all suck, every game could be over by the 3rd inning.

The Sox already spent four years not knowing they were in a rebuild. The O's are just getting there. Royals too.

This wasn't meant to be a serious question it was meant to pile on Uncle Jerry.

More votes for Uncle Jerry, please.

Things even out. They aren’t giving up 8 runs a game. I don’t remember ever feeling so fed up with the franchise, but they aren’t losing 107 games.

Who knew that repeating the same talking points over and over again could be tiring and make this forum miserable and unreadable.

The Sox FO and ownership are bad, but that horse has been dead for a long time now.

I know, this is an FU to Uncle Jerry thread.

If that’s the case I’m 2011-level All-In

They're not even worse than the Marlins yet alone the O's.

Don’t worry, we’ll get there eventually.

If the Sox continue to pitch like they have this homestand they might allow them to have the 1st and 2nd pick in the draft

You forgot the Royals

And Detroit

Pitch like we have and the sky is the limit!

We don't have a Alex Cobb and Chris Davis on the roster

Ervin Santana and Daniel Palka aren't far behind those dudes.

Well it sure is a good thing we don't owe them $130+ million like the Orioles owe their duo.
