Yes, Collins who is just outside a lot of top 100 lists by people who think he cant catch ALSO think he can't hit... so they rank him there because he's bad at everything.

Bat first power guys seem to be underrated by the scouting community. We'll see if he can make enough contact to be the next one to prove that.
