today starts the offensive breakouts in birmingham and kannapolis.

Madrigal will hit a homer.

Robert will hit a ball into the gap and sprint so hard around first that instead of moving forward he just starts digging out the dirt from underneath him until he creates the longest tunneling system in the united states.

The sad thing is that the the latter is the most probable.

You guys are so silly. Madrigal will have a homer before June 1.

Obviously this is as far as Madrigal is capable of hitting a baseball and he will never have a home run.

Madrigal with the juiced baseball will hit 10+ homers a year, and that’s perfectly fine for someone who is above average in literally every other category.

Eh, I wouldn't expect that his first few years.

I want it to be an inside-the-park home run at Regions.

Collins works a 9 pitch AB for a walk after falling behind 0-2.

Mendick HR. It's 8-0 in the Top of the 1st for Charlotte.

Robert is 0-2 but with 2 BB

Burdi with a scoreless inning; 1 H, 1 BB, 1 K 0 R

Hansen with a scoreless inning; 1 H, 2 BB, 1 K, 0 R (he is back out for a 2nd)

Edit: Hansen hit the 1st batter in this 2nd inning and taken out

Edited by BigHurt3515

Hansen's command has not been very good of late.

Love it.

Madrigal's BB% is now at 8.92% this year. 10 BB in 112 PA.

Rutherford went 3-4. Much needed game for him.

Not sure about that, but he will be a very good Pro with gold glove D and an AVG consistently around .300

Can't tell if this is a nod to El Duque or Neal Cotts (who was known for throwing a lot of shit in the dirt...effectively)

Hopefully builds off this

Definitely an el duque nod

Did Cease get skipped? He's not scheduled to pitch until the 11th. (if that schedule is correct)
