I've said this a few times, but... NO ONE looks good managing a bad bullpen. 

The Sox bullpen is bad. No manager can make it good. When you only have 2 arms you can rely on out of your entire bullpen, there aren't a lot of good decisions to make and you can't abuse the two guys you do have. Especially given that they are assets moreso to the Sox than they are to a good team.

I agree with all of that.  That said, Ricky leaves a lot to be desired in many facets of the game.
