Wow J.B. Olson in for Kanny. Dude hasn't pitched in nearly 2 years.

Did Zangari get injured again already?

Guerrero had a good start. Collins two singles.

I'm not sure the Sox have anything on the farm after Cease and Robert. Madrigal and Collins have a shot, but are kinda meh.

Meanwhile Brady Singer is throwing the absolute shit out of it. Went 7 scoreless tonght.  2.13 ERA in 50.2 IP.   His next start will likely be in AA.

He was always someone who would do well in the low minors. I still don’t think his stuff will work in the majors. With that said, man has the drafting been bad for the Sox.  There is nothing exciting in the minors outside of Robert and Cease.  I saw some highlights of Madrigal and nothing has changed. Lots of weak contact, even his double yesterday was just a high chopper.

What does this have to do with the games played today my man?

It doesn't really, I just don't know where to discuss it.

Fulmer got his first save today for Charlotte.

Maybe a separate topic on the Future Sox board would be the proper place?

Who cares? In the time it took for us to type these posts, he probably already K"ed again.

Wasn't he a pitcher in HS? Maybe he should try that, because he's never going to amount to anything as a hitter.

The “way out of this” scenarios keep shrinking. The Sox are proving development can be linear in a not impressive way.

Bush, Madrigal, Pilkington, Walker, Rutherford and Basabe are all still legit prospects. None of them might make it, but they're still prospects.
