June 15, 20196 yr I applaud everyone's proper pronoun usage in this thread. Soxtalk is so progressive.

June 15, 20196 yr I’m super pumped Hansen is getting a start tonight. If he can even be 80% of the guy we saw in 2017, he’ll be more than capable of filling a rotation spot.
June 15, 20196 yr With all the injuries (and likely Lambert will be joining the TJ train) it was inevitable. God I hope this kid tirns it around, especially mentally. Would be outstanding to have his stuff (and his HEALTH) be apart of this thing.

Kid is a mental gas can (I honestly thought he had the YIPS). Edited June 15, 20196 yr by SoxAce
June 15, 20196 yr So watching Pilkington for the first time. He works super fast. Gets it and throws it. Lots of batters stepping out to try and slow him down. Lots of time being called. Fastball doesn't look like anything special. Throws his slider and change-up often. Uses the whole repertoire. Is in and out, up and down. Curious what the fastball is at. He's definitely not blowing it by people.
June 15, 20196 yr Pilkington loses the no no. 6 IP 1 H 1 R 1 ER 2 BB 7 SO (98 pitches) Likely done. Edited June 15, 20196 yr by SoxAce

June 15, 20196 yr Ump is terrible in that W-S game. Walker got jobbed of 2 calls way out of the zone on gameday.
