It isn't an overreaction. McCann is calling for the same pitch in the same location 3 or 4 times In a row. It is insane to think that is going to work against MLB hitting.

It‘s a meaningless game in the dog days of summer, what are you guys going to do when the games matter? Seppuku?

    We will be fine

  • So you always play for a run with bunting yet you play infield back with number 9 guy up?  He’s just so ridiculously bad.

Nah, I prefer Harikari. Lol.

Missing pitches by a foot. Definite no hitter alert.

Well, he had no chance there. Not that any of our players do, but Jose looked bad there.

Well one could say if they don’t sharpen up their scouting, pitch sequencing and defensive positioning, we might not have to worry about games mattering :)

that day off helped jose...

He needs to quit swinging at horseshit.

Nice return, but I think Allard has lost some prospect shine.  That being said, it’s reason for optimism.

Sure he has, but getting him for an old bum reliever in the first good season of his short mediocre career?

There's a real chance Jose finishes at negative fWAR the way he's going.  Think about that.  He's down to .5.

another guy trending the wrong way.  one of the most empty 290 averages in history.  He'll be lucky to make a good 24th man on a good team.  I'm letting myself get frustrated but man it's frustrating few weeks.

He has been swinging like that the whole time he has been here, this whole team except moncada have no idea of the strike zone,, this is White Sox baseball.

If the Sox want to win this game they’d have to trade for Syndegaard right now.

Hmmmm.... one more out please.

Omfg if a run scored on that it would have been so White Sox

I know McCann kicked that one but god Lopez sucks at covering the plate.

Lopez is the guy who would benefit the most from an opener.

Nice job fighting, ReyLo. Now go hit the showers.

Huge grind-it-out start for Lopez.  Lopez in the first half would have shit down his leg and gave up 5 runs there.

Very true. Too bad the Sox offense blows chunks. They're down 2 but it feels like 10 vs. Thor.

Lopez walked the tight rope today, but you gotta give him props for pitching out of these jams.

Amazing he gave up same amount of runs today as his last start. Nice job making pitches when he had to.

Not at 100 pitches yet, watch Ricky throw him back in
