October 7, 20196 yr Author I wish there was rule that you have to declare who your starting pitchers are for the entire series before Game 1, and then those pitchers aren't allowed to pitch in any other games.

At the time I recall people thinking Buehler had a low ceiling. I always wondered after I saw him, how that was possible. I still don’t get those people here who says Fulmer has good stuff. If he does, I have never seen it at the MLB level. Bad command and mediocre stuff is a recipe for disaster (and that is what he had been).
