The new king of the hill is outstanding. 3 episodes in - a reboot done right. So much crap out there - judge has still got it!

Didn’t know Hank was back, outstanding.

My favorite Hank Hill line of all time was "where am I gonna go where my elbows need to be soft?!?"

Alien:Earth is really good.  First two episodes are awesome

Watched them.  It is awesome.  Production quality, music, special effects already seem better than the movies.  I love how they used all of the old computer terminals to match the timeline.

[SPOILERS]

The main and lame plot hole is — why would Boy Kavalier not use adults that are on their deathbeds rather than children to implant their minds into the synths?  He is apparently all about intelligence as he even says one of his desires is to have a conversation with someone as smart or smarter than him, yet he would make his collection of synths have less intelligence due to them all being of pre-teen age?  Makes no sense.

[/SPOILERS]

They tried adults and it didn’t work.  They don’t really explain what went wrong but I’m sure we are gonna find out here soon when an adult is about to die and is desperate (boy kavalier?)

And if you rewatch the scene where Wendy is standing in that room and it’s kind of fast forwarding as all of the lost boys make the leap to hybrid, on the side there is like 3 computerized faces that are connected to that same blue and clear fluid that was going into Wendy.  Like their consciousness is trapped in there

Nothing funnier than

the eyeball alien being a good guy, but I guess it is a super intelligent species.

Noah Hawley said that scene that eyeball was trying to distract, not trying to warn.  I definitely interpreted it like you did

morrows character just gained an incredible amount of depth.  Even though his character had one directive, he still tried to make sure that ship got home safe with everyone intact, and good ole Cap’n made every bad decision

Even if it isn’t pro-human, it’s cool to see another alien species that may not get along with the Alien xenomorphs.  Not sure how it could take one down though, other than taking over another species and fighting one.  Xenomorphs have no eyeballs to embed into and they have acid for blood.

That fight was so funny and surprising.  Eyeball just was like “it’s go time”

Next episode we get to finally see the fly.

Task on HBO Max is some of the best TV on right now.  Great characters and plenty of action and mystery.  The latest two episodes were intense as hell.

I got tired of it in the middle couple episodes but the ending two were fantastic.

Yep, it got slow in the middle but pretty cool

how they iced the main character before the finale.

Pelphrey is a good actor in everything he does.

The first episode of IT:Welcome to Derry was absolute batshit crazy.  I hope it keeps up the intensity.

The birth scene was crazy as hell.  I was watching with my son and explaining to him that Derry is the nexus of Kings universe.   Not all of the movie/tv adaptations have touched on it but it’s always fun when they do.
