July 3, 20214 yr AZL played already today. Cristian Mena is a sleeper in the system. Struck out 8 over 5 IP. Wilfred Veras (3B) and the cousin of Tatis had 3 hits in AZL win.
July 3, 20214 yr Man I hope it isn't a fluke, but it is really freaking exciting to see some of the really young talent getting some big streaks going on.
July 3, 20214 yr I attended the WS game versus Greenville, Cespedes struck out every at bat. Second game I’ve seen him play, has struck out 7 of the 8 at bats.

Well, for God’s sake, quit going. Or least for Yoelqui’s sake. But really, that’s a drag. You go to see a prospect, twice even, and he stinks up twice. And even worse is that he was awesome the last few games before the one you went to.

Veras signed for $200,000, and not only is Veras the son of a major leaguer, he also happens to be a nephew of Fernando Tatis himself. Gotta love those family connections! Francys Romero of MLB believes Veras has 55-grade power, which is quite impressive for someone who’s yet to turn 17.” https://www.southsidesox.com/2019/7/3/18716439/white-sox-yolbert-sanchez-elijah-tatis-international-class-of-2019-wilfred-veras-cristian-mena-bello
