From 2011 to 2019 the Padres winning percentage was between .407 and .475

During that same time period we were between .383 and .525

Didn’t realize it was that close… highlights two things IMO:

1.) First round draft position really changes drastically for each slot

2.) Padres have drafted way better, which was a point I was trying to make

Preller does his job like we all play OOTP.

I wouldn't say prior to 2018.  I can't even say after 2018. 2018 they did it and also in 2019 they traded away International money.
