He was injured or rehabbing for a big portion of last year. He actually had more at bats in the majors than the minors.

You are right, I thought he was sent down with Eloy and sustained it in AAA. But he injured it prior to Eloy being recalled.

 

 

Jake may be a flawed player defensively, but I love Jake Burger.  He's the only player on this team I would really feel bad to see traded.  Everyone else can go (for a fair return of course) for all I care.

The only solution I see is when Moncada comes back is to trade Eloy and let Jake and Sheets handle DH. Eloy hates DHing and you don’t want him in the outfield where he’s dangerous to himself and to teammates. 

 

They need to play this when he homers..
