Of course they should have taken their time with him and kept him in Arizona or the like, as you suggested.

June 2, 20232 yr I'm not going to fault them for putting Liam on the roster, but Crochet with the MLB team just reeks of desperation. Bummer has struggled. Diekman was a Rick Hahn deal. It made no sense last year and to have to pay him for this season.....If he had a reliable lefty or two in the bullpen, Crochet would be working things out in Charlotte. But let him get killed here. .
June 2, 20232 yr Tanner Banks is not that bad. He could give you what Crochet is giving you and Crochet could pile up much needed innings in the minors.
