His stuff is dreadful now with no command. It’s so sad to see what he’s turned into.

Two guys I've never heard of pitching today during the championship window.  Bang up job, Rick!

You are absolutely correct on that. Yeah I guess when TA got that home run last night, everything is back to normal. I guess Grifol doesn't think that Benintendi with his .284 BA and .350 OBP isn

Note for Fathom:  Last time the Cubs swept a four games series in St. Louis was 1911.

And Bellinger's officially off the trade market.

Kopech is close to that number

Was going for position players, but yes Kopech is #1 in terms of pitching disappointments.

Perhaps he scores a reality TV show soon to keep the income stream going beyond a few more seasons.

Yes Tim is has hit much better since the All-Star break, but keep in perspective, Tim has those numbers hitting #2. Maybe batting second took the pressure off hitting #1 for Tim. Benintendi was doing fine at #1 and actually better since moving from #2 to #1.

Evidently Grifol forgot the old adage, "If it's not Broke, don't Fix it!"

Will still be hearing about that 110 mph pitch at Mount Pleasant and the time he was matched up with Patrick Mahomes and of course lost...a decade from now.

He could always replace Gosling in Barbie 2.

Wasn't the 110 MPH pitch with a running start? Maybe he should have been a Javelin thrower instead.

This is as bad as he’s ever looked.  Missing by a mile with 92-94 mph fastball

Kopech walks a guy who is worse than Zavala.

Kopech is wearing out his welcome, what can we get for him.

Couldn't have been off the mound without a hot gun...could see 102-103ish I guess.

What do you think has caused the stuff to regress?

A bag of slightly used baseballs.

I recall seeing a YT video on it with a full speed run and on a flat surface.

Kopech isn’t a starter.

Lol seems like the game thread streak is on borrowed time.

Looks like Kopech is hoping to throw strikes rather than throwing the ball with any conviction.

IL stint has to be coming for him

Ice water nerves.

Just a complete fall from grace. Please just trade him. For anything. I'd rather have anyone else pitch. Kopech is just too inconsisent to trust on the mound. He's not anything without that 97-plus mph fastball and nasty slider and especially with no command.

Not sure, just so damn pathetic how ever Sox starting pitcher loses velocity for no reason
