Mena has now given up a HR and 7 hits. One was a complete cheapy on a bad call by the umpire, but his fastball is a little short. Gets him into trouble if his command isn't perfect.

Curt Bloom just called Eder "perhaps the best pitcher in this league," so take that for what it's worth.

Collision in the outfield between Tatum and Popeye.  Popeye was hurt, but it looks like he's okay.

Good to see Quero doing some good work behind the plate. He's super young for the level so his bat will come around. 

Glad to see Colson savaging already. 

Schanuel (Angels 1st pick) is already in AA.  He looks like a beast.

I like lefty reliever Gil Luna. He just picked a guy off. Montgomery, so fundamentally sound, tagged him out without getting into a run down.  Every time I watch Colson, it's like watching a 10 year vet.

Montgomery just got called out on a 3-2 pitch that really looked inside. Ump is suddenly calling anything close a strike.

Nice 6-4-3 turned by Colson and Popeye.

Montgomery is very smooth at short. Started a pretty 6-4-3 DP. 

Wolkow 0-3 so far with 3 groundouts ACL Sox lead 3-1.

Scolaro walks a couple and score 2. Barons trail 3-1.

Barons’ rotation is suddenly very fun

Wolkow out of the ACL game, Erick Hernandez is in. Caleb Freeman continues to not be able to get anyone out.

He’s listed on their roster? Maybe not accurate.
