    He disciplines the rookies while letting the veterans play lazy as hell. He’s the worst manager imaginable.

Sox bullpen should not be a surprise.  At the deadline Sox gave up 5 pitchers, all of whom had big league credentials.  None are Hall of Famers, but still MLB qualified.  They were replaced by pitchers who had trouble getting anyone out in Charlotte.
