He is usually bringing in a guy cold off the bench which is hard already.  But then they are sub .220 hitters.  Just leave the guy in who has already had a couple shots already that almost always had a better average.

The best thing Venable has going for him is he’s managing a team that couldn’t get much worse.  If not for that, everyone would be questioning when he gets fired.
