No Luis Aparicio which I understand he's pushing 90. But surprised at no Frank - he was signing liquor bottles over the weekend in the Chicago area.  No Goose. Was at the induction last weekend and  we ate at the Italian restaurant on Main Street in Cooperstown. Sitting near us was JR, Dennis Eckersly, Arte Moreno (Angels owner), and Tony Larussa. Just exchanged nods - didn't want to bother anyone's dinner. Who would have put Eck and Moreno with JR & TLR for dinner?

Didn't Tony put in time in Anaheims front office?

So it is all guys who know Tony pretty well from the sounds of it.  Not unusual I am sure.

Yes that makes sense.

He should have gone in with a White Sox cap (or more appropriately White Sox batting helmet) as he said he wanted.

Any Sox fan would have to be in their 60's to recognize Dick Allen.

This video has both inside the park home runs and the famous Chili Dog home run:

I enjoyed watching him bat!

For over 50 years now, I have always thought he was the only guy that looked cool wearing a helmet in the field. Everyone else looked like a dork.
