Bob Sacamano
Hopefully a pivot because things are close with the Mets
PaleAleSox
Hope Robert goes to the Mets and haunts the Phillies like he did this week.

fathom
Doesn’t speak much for Robert’s possible return

Getz is basically trying to oversell Robert on mostly name value. Edited July 31 by WhiteSox2023
Rey21
If that was the return for Bader, hold onto Robert, he's so much better than a return like that. Nothing wrong with holding onto a dude who is still only 27 and still has so much upside, albeit risk is involved.
Jake
Didn't give up much there, although I'm not seeing much info on the talent level of the 16 year old pitcher. Gomez was an interesting-ish prospect before falling on his face in A-ball. Hitting pretty well in AA now and just 21 years old but probably not a ton of upside. scotty22hotty
if that beat out the mets offer that must be why the acuna for robert swap is being pushed so hard o's still have mullins to dump 😅
Look at Ray Ray Run
14 minutes ago, fathom said: Doesn’t speak much for Robert’s possible return Said it elsewhere, but Bader and Robert aren't all that similar in my opinion. Robert is a much better base runner, he's equal defensively, and his bat is much better. Bader has had a better year productivity wise, but his xWOBA is in the 24th percentile. Robert is up to the 42nd percentile and climbing. Bader fills a hole with a guy. Teams acquiring Robert are hoping he gets hot and can carry the offense at times. Bader isn't carrying any offenses.
SoCalChiSox
Part of me still thinks this Feinsand report is a plant because we are arguing with NYM over the quality of the non Acuna piece.
