  • In all honesty - as much as it stinks - most of the young players did well at the plate and the pitchers like Smith did good - other ones who aren’t part of the long haul drove the loss.

  • I truly think that kid could end up being a star but they need to stick him in one spot on the field and leave him there so he can get better at that position.  Moving him all over does him no favors

Chase with a great play, Smith really gutted it out tonight.

Great stop...but Baldwin has to put that in his pocket.

What the heck was Smith waiting for?  Quero was calling third apparently.  Had to get at least one out.  Or calling two?

Should have run on Benintendi regardless of how shallow it was...

Good job, out of the inning, if the Braves score 2 there it would probably be the game as we don’t come back much.

Meidroth just doesn't have a strong enough arm for SS...not for those those balls deep in the hole where you have to either jump, plant or get it in the air quickly like a Royce Clayton/Ozzie Smith special.

I agree, Meidroth has to be the second baseman and Sosa has to play the rest of the way at first, work with Sosa as much as possible.

Baldwin stay hot, Teel would have been cruising into third...standing up.

Yay bunting against a red hot offense

Home run cut.

Everyone's been watching Colson Sosa Baldwin recently.

Need some more power but among the rookies playing tonight you've got a 360, 347, 335, 297 OBP respectively. And Baldwin will almost certainly finish over .300.

Play for the tie on the road in the third when you're facing a strong, suddenly white hot offense and your pen will have to go at least 4.

Lol.

TEEL AGAIN!

There's some power!

NICE

Vargas April 23 swing change apparently made the helmet fly off.

Teel getting into a really good groove.

I finally get your post.  Thought it was sarcasm

Sosa almost hit that 450

Kyle stays hot.

Vargas going to join Dr. J on an ABA roster in the 1970s with that 'do.

Schiffren really passionate about expanding Happy Hours to 700 pm...and adding food specials as well.

Awful framing

Ok, but some of that is in the ump.

Great job by Smith to battle last two innings
