August 26, 2025Aug 26 A shutout with only 4K's is pretty efficient. 102 pitches between Smith and GIlbert, if not for the error could have been <100. Yesterday's shutout took 10Ks and 161 pitches in comparison.

Or is that not the way to look at it since we are rebuilding? If they do trade him, I would hope it is for a promising outfielder....or maybe 2.
