  1. Now to avoid a jinx you can't watch any more of his starts until further notice
  2. Great to know re: Michael's. I was in the area the other day and tried to steer my friends to eat there but I got outvoted. Next time. On a side note., Rogers....Yeah Buddy!
  3. yep, such a cool story. The hostess is such a nice lady, too. My niece got married over July 4 weekend and had a ton of NY/NJ out of town guest so I compiled this pizza list for them. Ignore the Cubs game references. They were just home that weekend so we were trying to help a few folks wanting to visit Wrigley. Curious if you have hit some of the others. 4. Love the Art of Pizza deep dish red sauce and I am not even a big deep dish fan. Have had Milly's in Berwyn once but wasn't feeling it. Seemed like great execution and all but not my thing. Pizz'amici owners had a place for a bit in Westmont called Kim's Uncle that would sell out in minutes every night since they only had one coal oven. They are a husband/wife that decided to let the other business partner run Kim's once they found the space on Grand Avenue. Way more capacity for carry out but another option is get there at opening and grab a table. Typically do not need reservations until closer to 6 PM.
  5. I think whole pie but you may be tempted to eat the whole thing.
  6. you been to Pizz'amici at Grand and Racine yet? Pretty life changing IMO
  7. Hate to do this, but I believe "if you don't know, now you know..." is from Notorious B.I.G.'s 1994 single "Juicy"
  8. He really does not do PBP and primarily just prompts Stone with silly questions and keeps talking about the rivalry. He also makes no interesting reference to the history of actual Cubs-Sox games played since the start of interleague play.
  9. M*****f**k him and John Wayne!
  10. Everything word uttered by Shriffen annoys me. I don't know how Stone is so patient with his repetitive elementary level rah rah commentary.
  11. it's fun, it's stupid, it's awesome. all things being equal, best night at the ballpark every season. Go early and embrace The King
