There's not a lot of French songs about baseball.

Mathias LaCombe is going to change that.

The French have a much different taste.

Stop pitching him!

Houser? Mead? No, it's the Tristan Gray revenge game.

why is a 31 year old nobody with an era of 5 still pitching? We have nobody more promising at any level in the farm?

Why do they keep pitching him in tight games?  I get it as a mop up guy, but that’s not what he’s been far too often.

Venable has let him lose a ton of games for the Sox this year. Really bad coming off an off day. But the lefties are all interchangeably bad down there.

also, am I the only one imagining George every time Jason Alexander comes in to pitch? Ellard and Eisert might have a future here. I might call up Schweitzer and option one of those guys or simply DFA Alexander.

Marine Biologist.

why are they pulling Wilson?

The one at the top was the only "French" song, and baseball is more of a metaphor for how hard a woman is. Hard as a baseball. That song is from a movie called Anna that was the first color film shown on French TV in 1967. Serge Gainsbourg wrote the music for the film and appeared in it. The other clip I played was from that film. The film allegedly sucks, I find the soundtrack intriguing.

Teel and Colson with awful at bats, woof

Lenny's had a nice week
