Hoping for a Brewers-Seattle World Series because f*** what MLB wants

That would certainly be more FUN than another Private Equity celebration.

Blue Jays didn't execute rundown well.

Trail runner shouldn't ever reach third there.

Post-season ratings up to 4.6 million viewers

"The four series in the opening round of MLB’s postseason set viewership records and saw huge spikes in interest among younger viewers. In total, the 11 Wild Card Series games -- all of which aired on ESPN networks -- averaged 4.625 million viewers. That’s a 64 percent increase from last year’s Wild Card Series and the highest average for the WCS round since the current format was officially added in 2022."  mlb.com

Yariel Rodriguez, the Sock who never was, should've been in much sooner. Why didn't we sign that dude?

I seem to remember the Sox being interested in him but @Y2Jimmy0 said the Sox only viewed him as a reliever.  The Jays ended up paying him 5-years, $32 million and gave him a shot as a starter in the minors and in the majors last year.  My guess is the Sox didn’t make that high of an offer to a guy they viewed as a reliever.

good point, I'm surprised he made 21 starts last year. wasn't super effective. it is a lot of money for a reliever, but I like the guy.

Because they're paying him like a starter to be a middle reliever/situation and pitcher.

Check out that contract.

Big bucks for the Sox.

When they could get YGomez S.Smith and Vasil basically for $1 million?
