Sunday at 05:21 PM5 days 3 walks in the first for Hagen. Still only 1 out. :( Edited Sunday at 05:22 PM5 days by DirtySox
Sunday at 05:28 PM5 days Inning was a disaster for Smith. Tons of pitches. He was not finishing his delivery so leaving pitches away from the righties. Can’t even be a reliever if you’re doing that.

Sunday at 05:42 PM5 days My best guess is Hagen's slight drop in velo has to do with him trying to aim it better, but he did have a brief scare with the arm/elbow last season as I recall.
Sunday at 05:44 PM5 days Is Sandlin now the next man up? Seems like he would need a few more starts before he’s ready for a starters work load. Bizarre situation right now.

I took his first start sitting 96-97 as maybe higher than his healthy normal, but maybe that's not true.
Sunday at 05:48 PM5 days Have there been any updates on the recoveries of Thorpe, Bush, and Mason Adams? I don't remember even hearing about Adams in spring training.

Sunday at 06:06 PM5 days No-stress third inning for Hagen but velo took another dive. His first fastball of the inning was 90.7mph.
Sunday at 06:07 PM5 days Smith’s delivery was much much better in his final 2 innings. Burke gives me hope that Sox may be able to help Hagen get more consistent. When he finishes, he is hard to hit.

Sunday at 07:01 PM5 days You know Cannon was not always this bad. Not that obvious to me what changed.

Sunday at 08:41 PM5 days Bonemer 1-2 with 3 BBs. Looks like the other team's pitchers walked a lot of people, but I can't imagine Bonemer is getting much to hit anymore. Just move him to AA already.
