I'm not quite sure what you do with him. I need to see a bit more sustained success before I start to believe. He also becomes even more redundant if you draft Roch. Seems like an obvious trade chip to me if he keeps this up and the Sox are still in the mix at the deadline.

I thought Eisert showed promise last year; but many he's really really struggled.

I didn't think Leasure earned a demotion, but glad he's doing well in Charlotte.
