Get him the f*** out. 4 fucking walks. Rather see Leasure.

Just awful, embarrassing pitching effort today

4 walks in this inning. Guy should be released tonight. Fucking bum…

He sure pitches like ass

When I visited spring training, he was someone I didn't really notice having friendly interactions with teammates. Seemed to always be going someplace by himself. I got the impression that he cared about his performance in terms of seeing him get really mad even when he threw bad bullpen pitches, but maybe that's half the problem.

You had one job, Hicks

That's was obvious outside

Can't believe any team allows their pitchers to challenge when the catcher is right there

I played a drinking game every time hicks threw a strike. Didn't get through a half a beer.

I think you could put a clause in his contract that a lost challenge voids the deal

Guh

Youll pretty much be sober lol

good to know in big games the whole damn staff just pisses themselves

you can just tell the cubs are so much more composed

That'll do that.

This other dude is not a ML pitcher.

Schweitzer is also awful. There’s just no pitching depth in the minors.

Carson Kelly beating the Sox by himself

Yeah he’s never had a good reputation

Schriff-dawg’s penis just shrunk faster than a turtle’s head being attacked.

Not that it matters much, but if you wanted to keep it close it was probably wrong to let Hicks pitch to those last two batters even with the platoon issue with Schweitzer. That many pitches in the inning, very unlikely that he's going to suddenly improve. Maybe worth it to just roll the dice that he would find his release

The Cubs are there, we're not. Take what you can.
