Caleb Bonemer is only getting better in AA. I don’t know if the future isn’t Bonemer and Cholowski on the left side. It sounds pretty good in theory.

Assuming he ends the season strong, there's no way he doesn't start 2027 in AA

I wonder if they give Bonemer a shot at LF or 2B soon. They only play him at SS and 3B.

idc what Roch does for the rest of this year, he took a 2 month break from live games and also gained a little bit of weight, I don't think this is the best version of Roch right now

2nd game in a row Roch is not in the Dash Lineup. Hmm, they haven't placed him on the IL as far as I know (not listed in the recent team transactions)

James Fox brought up that Roch is just running out of gas. I haven't heard of any injuries, but he is close to shutting down for the season.

For anyone already comparing Lackey to Roch, he isn’t lighting the world on fire and is likely gassed too.

He’s hitting .205 in 44 at bats with a ~30% K clip, no homers, and is doing so in single A.

Way too early for all of this horseshit.

If Cholowsky is gassed, they’ll rest him - as they should. Calm the f*** down panicans.

I heard that he was HBP recently and didn't look happy about it, wonder if it's related to that

It was an adjustment to go from 16 inch to slow pitch softball with a glove but ultimately easier on my fingers since because I had big hands, was tall and had my Dad throwing me giant curve balls with a Clincher since I was 10 so I played 1st base. Digging throws out of the dirt was just easier with a glove using 1 hand than having to use 2 hands and getting fingers crunched every so often.

Also with the development of bat tech I was still able to play until I was 50 years old and still hit the ball hard and far.

I remember him well. Used to play against a whole team with only 4 other players. Saw him at Sealmasters field in Aurora
