Friday at 10:38 PM2 days Thorpe 1st inning update: Looks the same, filthy change up, at least 93 on the fastball. 2ks and a pop up.
Friday at 10:53 PM2 days Ugly second inning for Thorpe. Walked first two batters and then just gave up a massive bomb (112 MPH EV). Looked like he was having some issues with the mound and his footing. Didn’t see the 1st inning though, so unsure if new issue then or not.
Friday at 10:58 PM2 days 90-91 with not a great slider for Thorpe. Helped himself because he is still an excellent fielder. Margin for error almost nonexistent for him. Wish him luck tho
Friday at 11:06 PM2 days Hartl is like a coach on the field, in that he will soon be coaching. Hitting .048. Still do not see why the Sox wanted him. Edited Friday at 11:09 PM2 days by Timmy U
Friday at 11:08 PM2 days Thorpe is done. In his defense, Blanco has massive power. He is going to get a lot of guys.

Saturday at 12:49 AM2 days Bonemer HBP and leaves the game. Didn’t see it live so not sure how bad it was. DePino followed shortly after with a grand slam.
Saturday at 01:15 AM2 days Pipeline just moved Boston to 15th on the White Sox top prospect list.Edit: Just saw it in the other thread. Edited Saturday at 01:18 AM2 days by DirtySox
Saturday at 01:50 AM2 days Hagen Smith looked good closing out the game tonight 3K in 2IP no runs. 1 H. He was pitching in relief of Shane Smith, who walked 3 guys in 4.1 but only gave up 1 run. Pretty good night for the Smiths.

At this point, I'll take it (although too soon to give up on starting). Edited Saturday at 02:47 AM2 days by GreenSox

That was Mozeliak, who I hope Getz has put on his ban list. Hopefully Getz has learned. Edited Saturday at 03:18 AM2 days by GreenSox
