There are just no personalities in the sports media, hell media landscape any longer. The OG's made it interesting. No it is all the same, pretty vanilla and usually boring. The key now is tell you how smart they are.

I think the problem is they aren’t hiring people because they are interesting, they are hiring them and telling them to be interesting(and controversial)

ESPN fully believes sports stories, every one of them, needs drama. Even when just the simple story itself is enough
