Boers and Bernstein voice GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FIRST CRAP

  • How is it possible there hasn’t been one relief prospect that did enough in the minors to get promoted to the majors this year? Just crazy development incompetence.

  • Watch out for Burger, again.

Peters Montgomery Doyle balls all hit in 70s for ev

Antonacci hardest hit ball that inning in 90s

Crazy that Doyle’s line drive to center was 74.3 mph off the bat. Looked like it was hit harder than that to me.

When I briefly went to Soxtalk today I saw the poll and voted that they'd make the playoffs and looked at the 77% who voted the same way. Now I don't know if that's true belief mixed with math but I don't care.

That belief is what made that 6 run 1st inning possible. Thank you. Now they just have to do what most of us think they will.

Burger gets another, and oldsox will never stop whining lol

I forgot who we got for Burger from the Marlins.

Nice job with Freeman. Everything on the edges of the zone, including balls 1 and 2.

Mighty Mouse.

Infield was in so it might not have made it through if they were playing back.

Nice job pitching over the lead off Burger Bomb.

Jake Eder. The right process people loved that trade. The rest of us weren't so sure and the debate raged on for a while and the right process people will always think it was the right process.

The trouble was it was like they didn't care that he was injured or maybe didn't do enough research on him. Yes good thought bad evaluation .

Probably 90-95% if the poll was retaken now but it’s largely based tonight on four balls hit with 70-77.5 mph Ev’s lol.

Unforgettable Jake Eder

I was a Jake fan and didn’t want him traded.

Thorpe went 4.2 giving up 6 hits and a walk, good for 2 runs. Not exactly what I was hoping to see from him. Will have to watch his performance later to have much more of a commentary.

Surprised Miggy didn’t beat that out.

Had been a big time prospect, maybe with LAD, before experiencing all kinds of injuries. Left handed, etc. A lot was made of Burger’s age. Think he was 26 or close to it at that time.

Just thought moving Anderson was the better move at that time.

Don't care. Hit em where they aint. Before it was too many K's with RISP. Now its Ok sure we made contact but it was weak contact. Whatever .

I want to see our 5 - 9 spots show more next time up at the dish here in the bottom of the third. Could help tomorrows game if we get into the pen next inning.

@ Charlotte ? anything less then three runs a moral victory

Thing was Eder wasn't any spring chicken himself yea younger than Burger but not by much and still recovering.

Some people will be critical of this team regardless of preformance.

Over time, law of averages…not a winning formula.

Might be the worst outing of DeGrom’s what once looked like a HoF career.
