December 20, 200322 yr Indians signed RHP Bobby Howry to a minor league contract. Howry missed most of last season after undergoing elbow surgery. He might come back and become an adequate reliever for Cleveland, but it probably won't happen right away. Odds are that he'll need to spend some time at Triple-A Buffalo.
