July 9, 200421 yr A FRENCH prisoner serving 30 years for murder and cannibalism is under psychiatric evaluation after killing another detainee and trying to eat his brain. The 36-year-old inmate, who was not named, had to be overpowered by eight people to stop him gorging on his victim, according to the head of the Federal Autonomous Pentitentiary Union, Frederic Grandcolas. The attack happened in the prison of Saint-Maur, central France, last Sunday. The prisoner, jailed in 2000 for his horrific crimes three years earlier, burst out of his cell as dinner was being handed out and attacked guards and convicts serving the meal with an ashtray. After smashing the skull of one of the convicts, he started eating the brain before being hauled away and taken to a psychiatric institution nearby. During subsequent questioning by police, he said "he heard voices telling him he was going to be attacked during the meal, but he says he doesn't remember anything of what he did," according to a local state prosecutor, Stephanie Forax. Mr Grandcolas said he understood that the prisoner would not be put back in the general penitentiary population after the mental evaluation was over. Several staff at the Saint-Maur jail had to receive counselling after the incident.

July 9, 200421 yr It’s obvious that guy is not all right. Things like these can be scary at moments. Either the guy was born crazy or he was desperate and just started doing crazy things like these. Either way, he should spend life inside and never come back outside. I don’t want to go Off Topic, but did anyone see the Psycho movies starring Anthony Hopkins? He played a crazy character and after the last sequel, Anthony went crazy in real life. He died in a sanitarium. That’s why I say people like these can be scary and it’s nothing to laugh about.

During 1990, he got a blood sample taken from a palsy on the side of his face, and the "National Enquirer" illegally had Tony's blood sample tested for the AIDS virus, and found out that it was positive. Later that year, the "National Enquirer" wrote a story about his battle with AIDS, but the ironic thing was that he only found out that he was HIV positive from this article. He suspected that he probably was, but he never checked for it before the article was written.

I don't know how much sex of any kind he was having at the time, he was pretty sick in 1990. His wife knew he was very sick in 1990 but they never tested to be sure, she took care of him and all that. And though it was most likely extracurricular sex that gave him the disease I don't know that he continued to sleep around after getting sick. I dunno, It's just a slimy thing for NE to have done.
