This sucks as any chance we had of winning are now down the drain with jackson coming in.

come on jackson, prove us all wrong.

Still waiting for your first positive post on this board.......

Neal Cotts did a nice job holding Durazo to a double. Sorry, I just don't find a lot of good in a team that hasn't hit for s*** over the last 3 weeks and only has 3 reliable starters and 2 pitchers out of the bullpen. However, I will give credit to Freddy Garcia so far. He has kept us in each game, and that's why he has 3 wins.

Wow jackson k's crosby.

Then maybe you should quit watching. If its such a negative experience for you, there are plenty of other ways to spend your valuable time.

5-3 a's.

Mike Jackson = a waste of a roster spot.

the guy's useless rolleyeyes.gif

Surprise jackson walks him.

Am I supposed to be kissing Ozzie's ass for stupid managing decisions like pitching Neal Cotts and Mike Jackson. As of last week, I believe the Sox were 4-23 in games that Cotts pitched in. I know that's a lot of junk innings, but he's just not getting the job done.

Inning over 5-3 a's.

I hope they yank Mulder.

Why is Adkins only allowed to pitch in 10 run games? It must be that veteran presence of Jackson's that allows him to come into crucial situations and continue to suck.

If you did not know there are others in the bullpen besides marte and shingo. Since there are others in the pen besides them they must be used too.

Imagine that, Jackson allowed an inherited runner to score. What a scrub. Give him away to the Marlins so he can be a loser with Koch.

White Sox Baseball = the perfect sleep aid.

It's been ugly today.

It's his first full year in the majors and his role is mop up. Is it that hard to figure out?

Tony - there are a lot of people on this board I don't get. Certain people feel like being negative all the time, certain people feel the need to pad their post stats by making all of their posts one line long, and certain people want to act like know-it-alls. I try to ignore their posts when I see their (remaining nameless) names...

I understand, and agree with you, but im not going to ignore it. I love this board, its my homepage, and the first thing I go to when I come online. I check my my mail after I come on Soxtalk. When I see a guy like Fathom, who is new to the board, and all he does is post negitive garbage, it can ruin my experience on the site, and I dont want that to happen. Simple as that.

Good point and I have no problem with that.

Looks like a tie for first place in the AL Central. Go get 'em tomorrow, Schoeney!

I cannot stand people that are constantly negative even when the sox are doing well. They still seem to find a way to mention something bad that happened.

I could see people getting annoyed with my posts if I was saying stuff like how bad Konerko or Maggs were today. However, it's not like my posts are jumping the gun about Loaiza, Crede, Jackson, and Cotts. They have been really bad this year (besides Loaiza's first few months), and it's getting time where a decision needs to be made on their roles with the team.

I agree w/ CWSguy, while there are some awesome people on this site, there's the other end too. There are a few people on here that I just can't stand, just gotta ignore 'em.

Once more cotts and jackson will continue to be used, since they are on the roster.

Carlos fightin away

knock him in PK

Would people rather have posters like Cubs fans who think all of their players are great when they're winning, but won't acknowledge what is happening if they lose? I've been constant of my feelings about Loaiza for the last 2 months. He's scared to pitch inside, and he doesn't have the stuff to throw outside to every batter.

Come on Paulie, you're our only hope...
