lol yeah that'd suck if that happened with Jackson.

Valentin.

He'd fit right in with his pile of K's and low batting average.

And his errors could finally be funny to me.

It's Mack, not Matt.  This seems like a poll they made for Cubs fans, not Sox fans.

;) Its "Mac" as in McNeil but o well ;)

anyways...yeah this is a poll for cubs fans but i go with jose just so he can drag the team down with Ks when they need a hit

People from minnesota are not the sharpest crayons in the box.

I went to school with enough of them to know this.

I'd give them Alomar

As much as everyone doesn't care about Jose, he does still hit for power, he does still play better then average defense(with stone hands), he does still run the bases well, even for an older player, and he does still get the clutch hit(which is EXACTLY what we'd want for them in October :headshake...BTW...Jose is hitting .283 8 40 1.023 with RISP, and is hitting .297 5 19 1.206 with RISP and 2 outs, and he's done the previously mentioned in under 130 ABs...meaning, either with more at-bats, those numbers would drop considerably, or with more at-bats, his numbers would look that much better, and if I had to take a guess, I'd say they'd get much better...I would venture to guess that people don't remember that Jose hit .244 with the bases empty in 2000, but with atleast 1 runner on, and sometimes more, he hit .310...given, those have gotten worse as he's gotten older, but he is still no slouch either).

Basically what I am saying is that giving them Jose could be the absolute WORST thing we as fans could do. I would venture to guess that he could end up getting clutch hit after clutch hit.

JMO though
