I'm pretty syked for the IU vs PU game tommarow

 

 

Just think about how the legions of IU fans will react if they lose at Purdue this year? The only thing that could be worse for Davis would be losing to Purdue at home, losing to Penn St. or losing to Northwest.... umm, things don't look good, do they?

Its really tough for me to bring myself to watch any NC State games, they are just horrible to watch.

 

Also, lucky me, I'm stuck with watching Oklahoma State vs Iowa State instead of UNC-Wake Forest tomorrow. Who wants to watch two top 5 teams battle anyways

How is UNC and Wake Forest not on national TV? And why does it have to be on at the same time (roughly) as the IU-Purdue game?

greasy, I finally ran into one of the fans you speak of that still think Knight can do no wrong.  The guy is from Terre Haute (what a lovely town by the  way).  He kept going on and on about how they never should have fired Knight and how Myles Brand was evil.  Kept talking about how great he is doing at Texas Tech and how he'd still have the Hoosiers competing in the tournament every year.

 

I wanted to puke, but I was standing next to his girlfriend and I don't think she would have appreciated it. 

 

Ha yeah. I can't stand those people; I've seen a lot of them. People quickly forget the demise Knight had at the end of his coaching career at IU. We were always a 1 and done team in March.

I think we can win today, and things would start to look okay. We would be 2-1 in the Big Ten and back to .500 overall.
