My Income Statement shows I lost $8 million though. Not sure where the difference comes in. My guess is the $5 million I started with, but that still doesn't add up. I originally bought field level seating to give me 25,000 seats, but sold them back for $1.2 million after the Cubs series when I didn't sell 20,000 seats in any game. I had a profit after several homestands late in the year so I kept buying more. I know own....... 1 Batting Cage 1 Ice Cream Stand 1 Pizza Stand 1 Peanut Stand 2 Soda Stands Record Breakers - retro caps Sluggers Souvenirs - pennants, baseball cards, team baseballs Prospects Place - jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts Shortshop Stop - jerseys My total revenues were $95.8 million broken down as follows.. Tickets - $49.9 mil Merch - $357k F&B - $2.9 mil Spon - $42.6 mil Players salaries ended at $82.2 million After struggling badly in May, I decided to go young and made some pretty interesting trades. Some offers I made were rejected, but others somewhat surprisingly went through. The three main trades I made were: 1. Traded Frank Thomas (he was hitting .215), Orlando Hernandez and Kelly Wunsch to Atlanta. Received Doonan CF (Jeff Francouer), E. Rodriguez 3B (Andy Marte and a SP by the name of Watson (not sure if there is a MLB equavalent, but he was a 5-star potential player). 2. Traded Carl Everett and Timo Perez to Tampa Bay for K. Morales OF (Delmon Young) 3. Traded Danny Wright, Jason Grilli and Tony Alvarez to Seattle for D. Buhler SP (Felix Hernandez). I didn't write the other ones down, but I know I made at least one more. I traded Ben Davis after listening to him b**** about PT half the season. Can't recall who I got in return. I was also peeved because the game had Iguchi being unhappy and b****ing about his playing time all season long and he was a freakin starter! I don't remember my record, but I think I finished in 3rd place. Cleveland won the division and Minnesota was not too far ahead of me. I also didn't like that they do not allow for expanded rosters in September for callups from the minors. Any thoughts? Anyone have similar experiences? Better? Worse? So, bottom of the 20th, 2 outs, Pods comes up. Baez in for TB. He lines a base hit up the middle. Now, the count is 0-1 to Juanny, Pods takes off and steals 2nd. Pinella comes out to argue to no avail. 1-2 count, Juanny rips on to left-center. Crawfird cuts it off, throws home, and Pods barely beats the tag. AWESOME f***ING GAME!!!! VS LHP C-67 P-71 VS RHP C-65 P-66 His Throwing Strength,Accuracy and Fielding are all 85 though. However, I was able to get my first double digit hit performance, but I failed to score any runs, LOL. I did a fantastic job hitting into 7 double plays and then getting myself thrown out twice at the plate, haha. I even cut every freaking player that makes any money to get my team on budget to make 17 million in the first year. They better cause I'll need that money to make my minor league stadium bigger. SP:Jake Peavy SP:Oliver Perez SP:Carlos Zambrano SP:Rich Harden SP:Josh Beckett young very cheap pitching staff than hitting wise i got Victor Martinez who still makes 300,000 and Crawford than a bunch of other young guys like mourneu and top 100 prospect people i purchases one concession stand and than 2 advertising things and im somehow still losing money even though most players on my team make 300,000..... If you make the playoffs that is were you can charge outragous amounts off money. I ended up with nearly ten million. Of course my payroll was 45 million. I am playing as the nationals. Traded away all there useless high priced players they got this off season and went after top 100 prospects and the like. During the first season. It seemed every time I had a homestand I would get close to breaking even and then a long road trip would come up and I was back down to -3 million. But with my fans happiness nearly full and adjusting the prices to the games I was able to make a small profit at the end of the year. Once I have finished a season and before I go on to the next one, how do I find the stats for my players? I can't find that info anywhere. Also, maybe I missed a setting somewhere, but if you quick sim games without changing lineups, the game never plays your bench players and lets your energy % go way down. I simmed 2 months of a season in a trial and when I went back to look, Carl Everett only had 3 AB's. Other bench guys had none. What gives? I have mine on medium, so I even traded Dye, Everett, Buehrle, Marte, and El Duque. Your team should do fine, I would suggest you do trade Dye for someone cheaper though. HighHeat45 Posted March 2, 2005 Author Share Posted March 2, 2005 Ive been simmin owner mode seasons the last few days and my ballpark has the 3rd best scoreboard and Level 4 seating that can hold 42K, the last season i simmid which was like 2013 i was 10 mil in debt in june so i quit so i can start again before that season. I dont even really know who is on my team, i just let the CP do all my offseason s*** and i turned off Injuries, suspensions, rained out games and CPU Initiated trades so the only pop ups i get are for All star game, Trade deadline and when minor league playoffs start. Another thing is that the polo grounds is open from the start in the game, I was kinda upset that i didnt see it in unlockable stadiums but then yesterday when I was scrollin through the stadiums to play in, i found it and its unlocked, its insane 483 feet strait away center, but 258 to the right fole pole and 280 to the left Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Home of the Red Sox 1912-Present" so i was like WTF. I unlocked it and its called Fenway Park (Classic) and started a game there and am lookin around on Replay. Its weird. Im in 2016 in my non stop owner sims and i have a CF named Jeff Bagwell, some made up guy out of nowhere that had 100 contact vs LHP and 92 vs RHP and 96 speed I also found a guy on the angels who has 100 in all 4 hitting categorys and 89 speed, i traded my LF fielder for him (without fair trades obviously) but he makes 15 mil so he better pay off Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
