Welcome back to the mainland! The Sox are out, and your job still sucks ;) Hey at least we have the Bears right?

 

Anyways, I guess you sending out an analysis on how much they are costing the company would be even funniers, seeing as how you aren't a "number plugger", wouldn't it?

 

I have 7 workdays to go until I start my new job, and damn I can't wait to get out of here. This place sucks right now. Its a shame because its a cool job, but this place is pretty much dead and buried.

Ya know what sucks? I got an email last nite saying my journalism class was cancelled....big deal, because its an 8 AM class that lasts two hours. So, you know, my first class today is at 11, and instead of getting up around 6:45, I was gonna get up at 9:45. Someone decided to f*** around and pull the fire alarm at 6:00 this morning. Who does that? Of course, since my body is used to getting up around then, I couldn't fall asleep for damn near an hour. That earns a BOOOOO.

So I just came back from an Indian Fundraiser Dinner, and saw lots of female Bollywood Dancers (shaken their booty, and other various body parts).

 

Not something you would do every Saturday Night I'd say. :bang

If you know anything about the Black Dahlia murder and want to see something about her and the murder, don't waste your money or time on "The Black Dahlia."

 

That had to have been the absolute worst movie I ever paid to see. Several people walked out of the theater and I wanted to, but Brian and I figured we spent the money might as well see it through to see if it improves any. It didn't.

 

From the commercials and things I read about it, it seemed that it was going to be about her life and death. Not even close. Her life and death seemed to be a side story at best. There were several things they got completely wrong about her and all the sex in this movie just went WAY over the top - not sure how this wasn't an NC-17 between the violence, sex and cussing. Don't get me wrong, I can enjoy a good sex scene, but good Lord, I thought I was going to see a murder mystery movie and not a soft core porn.

 

If I had known it was going to be about a fictious cop and relatively nothing about the Black Dahlia, I would have waited until it came out on DVD and went in with it being a completely fictional tale.

 

They owe me stars on this one.
