A Thank You

Featured Replies

Jason and I were talking and we figured it was time to give thanks to the guys listed above:

Jon Adkins, Wyatt Allen, Jeff Bajenaru, Joe Borchard, Jim Bullard, Neal Cotts, Josh Fields, Brandon McCarthy, Heath Phillips, Micah Schnurstein, Ryan Sweeney and Sean Tracey.

These guys have done anything from just being a guy who reads the site to helping Jason and the guys out on the FutureSox road trip and with interviews. These guys are awesome representing the Sox organization and deserve the thanks.

-Alex

Thanks guys. Good luck this season!!!

Just so you know, its Fields the pitcher.

Isn't it cool to be close to fame? :D

And let's not forget it's Josh Fields the pitcher, not the 3rd baseman. Stupid Alex beating me to the punch after I told you to specify. :P

Great idea guys! Good luck to all the players listed above and anyone else out in Tucson right now; hope you guys all have great seasons in '05! :headbang :gosox3:

Many thanks and wishes of continued success and good luck to all you guys.

thanks & good luck fellas... :cheers :gosox1:

I think we need a shoutout this year. Give Soxtalk some air time boys :P

Yeah, thank you very much everyone.

Wow, that's great of those guys. It seems so rare to see professional athletes going out of their way like that when they don't have to. Says a lot about them, and this site, I think.

ps. what are the two endeavors?

Best of luck to all of em and lets hope they all make it to the majors someday, if they already haven't. :cheers

Thanks to all, and best of luck to all of you! Hope all of you have a great season! :gosox1:

No love for Borchard? Come on fellas.

Soxtalk and its sister site Futuresox.com are the two endeavors.

And absolutely 100% heartfelt "thank yous" to all of the guys who have contibuted here. It is a testimony to the two sites that this many of the guys out of the Sox system would be involved here. The contributions of the players is what makes this site THE best Sox site on the internet.

And as for me personally, I would like to say an extra thanks to Jim Bullard, Jeff Bajenaru, and Brandon McCarthy. I have had personal dealings with all 3, and they have always been willing to talk to me, and do anything to help the site. You 3 are the best!

You're right. Joe was cool enough to give you that interview. I'm still hoping this guy makes it.

Are you sure that having to deal with you wasn't part of some community service arrangement or something??? I can't see anyone doing that voluntarily.... :P :D

You guys rule.   :gosox4:

Absolutely awesome of these guys to help out the site, do interviews, etc. I wish all of them the best of luck this upcoming season and throughout their careers.

And a thank you to Former Sox Jeremy Reed for the interview last season, best of luck with the Mariners.

BTW, whoever added JoBo to the list, thanks!

Bunch of morons who know nothing about baseball. At least if they post anonymously that's what some of our members will think :D
