Kevin Walker has absolutely no place on this team, he will probably go down on Friday when El Duque comes back. So he won't even last long enough to get sent down for Gload.

Yeah, I agree. Nothing personal against Walker, but he certainly does not warrant a roster spot on THIS team, I don't think. Getting rid of Perez would be a horrible move. I think Willie Harris, Timo Perez, and Ross G-LOAD are perfect utility players for the type of team we have right now.

Why are some of you down on Timo Perez? No - he's no All-Star and never will be, but I simply thinks he fits the chemistry of this team, that's all. he has come through on several occasions when we've needed him to.

I believe Ross Gload's days as a White Sox are over. Timo playing 1B, while Gload is torching AAA, tells you that much.

I hope he comes back soon. And I would be sad to see him traded or in AAA all season--he's a grinder that produced well last year.
