Neal's hidden No-Hitter

Featured Replies

Checking through the game log, Neal Cotts hasn't given up a hit since May 29th.

In his last 7 appearences, covering 9.2 IP, he has stuck out 10 while walking 4 and not allowing a hit.

I think he can return to his last years form. He started closing this time last year. Maybe it takes him awhile to get it going.

It good to see SOMEONE stepping up in the pen other than Politte and Hermey this season.

He and Viz were both decent last night and as of lately.

Jizzcan gave up 3 hits and an ER in 1 IP last night. :huh

Neal has been a real success story this year. It bodes well for the future. As for Shingo I think Shingo=fragile psyche. He struggled and lost confidence. But, the last few games I think he is regaining some of that and may be on his way to straightening himself out.

Hopefully he has regained some confidence and that's why he is pitching well.

Your no-no ended in the 8th tonight.
