At least Everett makes Weaver work. Anyone got a pitch count on him?

He's got 7 groundball outs.  He's got his sinker working tonight.

It's not like the Sox have had a bunch of opportunities to score and have failed.  We've done a poor job in one situation, where Dye DP'ed -- otherwise, it's a 3-1 ballgame.  Weaver is pitching well.

Good lord, man. GMAFB. You sound like Hawk. :headshake

A f***ING HIT! AMAZING!

CORPSEBA... oh wait, a hit.

A HIT!

Thatta way JD, nice wood work

Now lets move him around the bases and close the gap.

Alright, another hit. Not being dominated. Now let's get some runs.

CORPSEBA... oh wait, a hit.

2 hits on Jeff Weaver through 4.1 IP. Yeah, that's studly.

AJ with a weak AB, 2 down

This is one of those games where you throw things and pull your hair out, the particularly frustrating type.

WAKE UP OFFENSE

God damn Ground Rule double.

3 hits and that ground rule double f***s us over.

f*** YOU FENCE GOD DAMNIT YOU COST A RUN YOU STUPID FENCE

Uribe, you better get those runs it. You don't and they got a load of momentum and well we got no runs through 5 damn innings.

f*** YES

Damn, the ball bouncing over the fence cost us a run there. We need Uribe to come up with a clutch hit here.

Well, let's see how Uribe does with his great concentration with men on base.

Worst.Dive.Ever.

Why, 'cause I'm not b****ing post after post after post?

Winodj, would you respect me more if I cried "CORPSEBALL!!!!" after every out I made? Would you like me any more?

Uribe had his pitch on the 2-1, but just fouled it off. Hopefully he'll just try and poke one to rightfield here.

CORPSEBALL?

f*** you juan

God f***ing damn ground rule double. f***.

Wow we just blew a f***ing monster opprotunity.

Atta way Juan.

Uribe against a pitcher like Weaver is a recipe for an 0-4 night. Any pitcher with a slow offspeed pitch kicks Uribe's ass.

Why do Sox always lay an egg on sunday night national tv on ESPN. Sox records is terrible on ESPN

Edited by Soxfest

For some reason it just feels like we're the worst 45-22 team in the history of baseball.

Maybe because our players try to swing for the fences even more during these nationally broadcasted game? Just my theory.
