Considering he's not coming close to hitting homers, something needs to be done. All the progress he made at the plate last year has diminished, and he's now a below average offensive MLB player.

.715 OPS with 33 RBI playing the entire first half of the season for an outfielder is nothing special at all.

I get a bit tired of Freddies inconsistency. He can be great for several games and then it's like he just doesn't shw the effort. 4 runs in 4 innings today plus 2 HR's allowed is not what we need against Oakland. The guy has so much talent he should be blowing these guys away.
